Fig, orange and honey are three ingredients of Provençal Christmas recipes. It was just natural to bring them together to flavour a quality black tea.
The blend obtained is very hearty, inspired by Provençal tables at Christmas time. One teaspoon per cup in simmering water (85°C/185°F). Let stand for 3 to 4 minutes.
