Olive Oil from the Vallée des Baux is one of the most famous oils in Provence, with a Registered Trademark (AOC), produced in the North of the French “departement” called Les Bouches du Rhône.

Tante Edith has chosen an oil-producer who grows 2500 olive trees on 22 acres of land in the Alpilles. Respectful of his environment and following the requirements of the trademark “Vallée des Baux”, he produces a high-quality flavourful oil.
