In Provençal tradition the red mullet is one ingrédient of  the famous Bouillabaisse.

This replica of the famous red bright fish is a nice idea for a gift from Provence. In a decorated aluminium wrapper you will find a delicious milk chocolate mixed with pancakes splinters. These red mullets are both crunchy and fondant. 

These red mullets are sold by the weight. There are 20 fishes in 100g.
