Rose Flower and Apple Jam
A flowery jam from Provence with a delicious taste of rose flower.
In Provençal recipes some jams require added apple (around 5%) to give them more consistancy. Apple contains pectine, a natural thickener which does not alter at all the flavour of rose flower.
This rose flower and apple jam is made using traditional methods according to a Provençal recipe.
