Mimosa-flavoured syrup is very much used in the preparation of sweets such as fruit salads, herb teas, buiscuit dough, fresh cheese or to top pancake.

The bottle of mimosa-flavoured syrup will be tour companion in your Provençal kitchen but its old-time shape make it also a decorative object. Shake before use. Dilute 1 volume of syrup for 7 volumes of water.

Content: 250ml


Cane sugar, water, flavouring (mimosa 0.7%), natural colouring agent: luteine, acidifier: citric acid. Possible traces of nuts, gluten, mustard, sesame, milk, egg, sulfites, soya. Ideal for Provençal cooking.
