Why?
The Ail Chop gives two chopping levels: one rather thick, the other more like pulp. The longer you wind the finer your garlic is crushed. According to the recipe you are preparing the garlic will be crushed accordingly, easily and quickly. You can crush between 1 and 4 cloves at the same time.
Easy to use and to clean you just have to press the knob and the garlic peels come up to the surface... No more smelly fingers, you do not have to touch the garlic. Unscrew the cover and simply rinse.
It can even be put in the dish-washer. When the cleaning is done you just put the two parts back together and your device just looks like a garlic bulb. No need to put it in a drawer, it will remain on your working top or on the window-sill because it is an original handy and decorative object.
