This red-orange coloured infusion has a mild and fruity flavour, perfectly in harmony with Provençal tradition.
The mix of verbena, apple, violet and calendula is a refreshing cocktail which can be drunk hot or ive-cold. The old-style glass jar containing this herbal tea is closed by a cork: it is a genuine object of decoration for the sideboards of Provençal kitchens.
Recommandation for use: let stand one teaspoonful of tea per cup for 3 to 5 mn in simmering water.
