This Provençal Pastis is made using traditional methods with natural flavourings... and it is blue...
Pastis (from the Provençal Occitan pastis meaning paté or mixture) is the name given to anis-flavoured alcoholic drinks. This Pastis will be the pastaga or flai according to today's Provençal lexicon, but it will no longer be le petit jaune (the small yellow) because this pastis is blue like the calanques of marseilles or the sky of provence. Surprise your friends with this P'tit Bleu, an original produce of Provence.
Made at Solliès-Pont under the sun of the Midi this pastis made according to the Provençal recipe is consumed with cold water and ice-cubes.
Alcohol 45%. Content: 50cl.
