They are almonds from the South of France. Plump and tasty they are firstly coated with a mild bitter chocolate then with a white chocolate coloured in different shades of green and black to reproduce the various shades of real olives.
They are the symbol of markets from Provence. Manufactured by a Provençal confectioner, these black and green olives are traditional Provençal confectionery.
