Calisson Cream is a sweet delight of Provençal tradition. Made with the famous Calisson from Aix, the cream contains almonds, finely crushed with candied fruits (melon, orange peel).
Calisson Cream is a pure delicacy. Imagine eating Calissons by the spoonful. It can spread on toast, accompany fresh cheese but it is best suited for pastry.
