You cannot do without rosemary in Provençal cooking.
Easy to dry out rosemary is a much appreciated herb with lots of uses. It is used in stews and civets, soups, marinades (of meat or game), on grils.
It is also used to flavour flans or jams. There you can use freshly picked rosemary. The rosemary proposed here is in a very handy air-tight jar.
Rosemary is known to facilitate the digestive functions, especially that of the gall-bladder.
